Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be streamed live on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the combatants confronted each other to publicize the upcoming bout.
Former twice world title holder Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge disparity - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I will genuinely try to injure him. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
In spite of those words, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather targeted former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he showed up," the boxer stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
However, the novice is still one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving substantial financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul participated in the customary face-off, with their physical disparity on show, it highlighted just how surprising this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is actually going ahead.
